Especially for our »little ones«
Families with children can also look forward to an unforgettable and varied stay: little guests up to the age of three can sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge. For a surcharge we can provide a crib, a changing table and a nappy bucket for tiny tots. In our restaurants your little ones have a separate menu, high chairs and even painting sets and games to keep them occupied should things very occasionally take a little longer than expected.

Arrival:
From Wednesday to Sunday check-in is from 14.30 to 20.00. On Mondays and Tuesdays check-in is only possible until 18.00 (or by arrangement)

Departure:
On your day of departure you are required to kindly vacate your room by 11.00.

No smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in closed rooms (hotel rooms and public areas in the hotel such as reception and the restaurant-wine bar). If you smoke in your room, you will be charged a flat-rate special cleaning fee of € 200. Smoking is permitted on room balconies, on the terrace and outside the hotel.

No pets:
We hope you will understand that, for hygiene reasons and out of respect for subsequent guests, pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you acquire travel cancellation insurance in case something unforeseen occurs which prevents you from starting your holiday as planned. You can easily take out such a policy with our partner, the Hanse Merkur Reiseversicherung AG company, by following this link.

Our cancellation conditions:
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that you have to cancel your vacation with us, arrive later or unexpectedly leave earlier. The booked room can only be cancelled in writing. At the latest six weeks before arrival. If the cancellation is received less than six weeks before arrival, we have to charge you 80% of the agreed room price. In case of an early departure we charge 100%.
